Homes in my price range were often gone before I could put in an offer and we were involved in several bidding wars before I finally found my home - which is amazing and perfect for my family! Cindy and Tim held my hand through the entire process, connected me with wonderful service providers (mortgage broker, home inspector) and were available to me as often as I needed. I never felt pressured to make a decision or put in a bid. I felt like I had someone (two of them actually) looking out for my best interests before, during and after the sale. I have (in my married life) bought and sold several homes over the years and have never had the process go so smoothly and without any problems or issues. As I previously stated, I cannot recommend Tim and Cindy enough!

Honest feedback & solutions regarding our sale & buyers comments about the house overall & the negotiations. We could do this via internet so less hassle for driving 200 miles. The decision to sell was due to the death of my mother. Cindy came by the house during complete chaos & upheaval.
